These terms apply to airbornesurveytenders.com and the weekly brief, run by Mavari Aviation LLC.
Tender information
We collect tender information from official and public sources and link to the official notice. We check it when we publish, but buyers can change deadlines, documents and requirements at any time. We are not responsible for decisions made from information on this site.

Paid services
Pro subscriptions, job posts and sponsorships are billed through Stripe at the prices shown when you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where required.
Founding member and founding sponsor terms
- Founding Member: $15/month or $150/year, locked for 3 years from your start date as long as your subscription stays continuously active. Limited to the first 100 members. If you cancel, or a payment remains unpaid for more than 14 days, founding pricing ends and standard Pro pricing applies if you rejoin. Your Founding Member badge is yours forever. One individual seat; not transferable.
- The founding start date is the date your first founding subscription payment succeeds. The 3-year lock covers the founding plan you bought (monthly or yearly); switching between monthly and yearly founding plans keeps your start date.
- Founding sponsor package: $990 a year, renews automatically; cancel anytime. Includes your category slot. Only 3 founding spots, ever. Founding sponsors keep the $990 yearly rate for as long as they renew.
Job board and crew profiles
- Job posts must describe a real, current position. We may edit, refuse or remove any post. Discriminatory, misleading or unlawful posts are not allowed.
- We review posts before publication. A post goes live once approved and, where a fee applies, paid. Fees are non-refundable once a post is live, except where the law requires otherwise.
- We are an introduction service only. We don't employ crew, verify every licence or guarantee any hire. Employers must check licences, medicals, experience and the right to work themselves.
- Crew must submit accurate information and keep it up to date.
Direct requests and offers
AST (a trade name of Mavari Aviation LLC) only provides a listing board. AST is not a party to any agreement between users. AST does not check users, aircraft, licences, insurance or documents, and gives no warranty. Each party must check the other party and is responsible for all contracts, payments, permits and safety. Only upload documents you have the right to share. AST may remove any content. Buyers need a free account; offers are for Pro and founding members. Contact details are shared only between a buyer and the operator whose offer the buyer accepts.
Direct request prices
- Total under $5,000: $49.
- $5,000 to $12,000: $149.
- $12,000 to $25,000: $349.
- Over $25,000: 1% of the offer you accept, at least $349 and at most $2,500. You pay $349 now. When you accept an offer, you pay the rest of the 1% (up to $2,500 total). If nobody sends an offer by the close date, we refund the $349 (the card processing fee of about $10 is not returned).
- Offers stay open for 1, 2 or 4 weeks (you choose), from when the request goes online. You can extend once by 2 weeks for free. If you accept no offer by then, the request moves to the archive.
- Featured listing: +$19 (optional).
- Promo codes take money off the posting fee (or the $349 payment for jobs over $25,000). Never below $0, not on the rest of the 1% or on Featured. One use per account.
- The price is set by the total we calculate from your budget (fixed price, or rate × days / acres). It is checked again against the offer you accept. If the accepted offer is in a higher tier, you pay the difference.
- Fees are not refunded. The only exception: if nobody sends an offer, we refund the $349.
- Your documents may only be maps and location files (KMZ/KML, GeoJSON, shapefile, GPX, GeoTIFF, map images or PDF maps) or a spreadsheet of reference points. We scan them and your text; files or text with emails, phone numbers or websites are refused.

Before you post a direct request you agree to this. You sign by ticking the box and typing your full name. We store the version, the time, your IP address and your account.
- I will not contact any operator I find through Airborne Survey Tenders (AST) outside the platform about this job, and I will not try to get their contact details another way.
- I will not close this job, or a job that comes from it, privately with an operator I found through AST to avoid AST fees. This applies for 12 months after I post.
- I will not put phone numbers, email addresses, websites or other contact details in my request or my documents.
- Contact details are shared only after I accept an offer, and only between me and that operator.
- If I break this agreement, AST may close my request and my account, keep fees paid, and charge the fee that would have applied (1% of the job value, at least $349).
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
